REFUSED SHIPMENTS:

If you refuse your shipment from the BestGiftsYou, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges on the package (both original and return shipments), plus the cost of returning the package to the BestGiftsYou.

Note: Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam and Alaska cannot be delivered via express.
